I really appreciate your coupla paragraphs, "Wing vs. Rejection"--I can relate, plus I like your optimistic outlook to wrap up! As for OneRepublic, I "discovered" "Counting Stars" about 7 years ago, and sang it regularly at karaoke! One of the rare (for me) 21st century songs that I really enjoyed (you know a couple of the others)! It's an interestingly-structured song (with the verses being repeated in a higher octave), which made it fun to learn!

thanks Brad, glad it resonated for you! and props for doing karaoke on that one, it's not an easy one to sing with that higher octave!

And, with the KJ's ability to alter the pitch, mechanically, he didn't need to for me, thankyouverymuch (he said proudly)! I was amazed I could do Sting's "If I Ever Lose My Faith" and "Synchronicity II" "straight-up," too!! Much like the U.S.'s Old West, I had range!! Here's some proof, and while it's not exactly Sting, you're being given a scoop, wing....I've shared this with NO ONE before now! Enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rnpl28UxR30
