welcome back! So glad to hear about the gym bringing you joy. It was very interesting hear you share you DON'T listen to music while working out! But your reason was super valid and offered me a completely new perspective so I appreciate that. Unfortunately, I havent seen Oppenheimer yet either. I always order tickets ahead of time for everything but it seems like for this one EVERYONE has opted to do the same thing which is it not surprising but still lol. Looking forward to seeing you in my inbox regularly again!:)

Welcome back and congrats on the pop-up shop! I'm excited to hear more about your travels in future editions, and I'm happy you returned to writing again (and so sorry to hear about the negative comments in a past newsletter--very undeserved). Re: Creative burnout - One thing I try to do is experiment with new mediums. If I'm getting stuck with writing, I'll lean into drawing. Or if I'm spending too much energy on nonfiction articles, I'll lean into fiction stories. Giving myself space to try new modes of expression can refresh my mind

thank you Justin! seconded on the medium switching, the change in approach really helps to reset and make the process not feel so monotonous :')
